Policies
Effective Date: June 6, 2026
To ensure a smooth, professional, and consistent experience for both of us, please review the following practice policies before booking or arriving for your session.
1. Hotel & Resort Booking Restriction
To respect local business ecosystems and maintain hospitality partnerships, mobile massage services are not provided at hotels, motels, casinos, or resorts that feature their own active on-site spa facilities.
For all other lodging properties (such as hotels without active spas or short-term vacation rentals), mobile bookings are only accepted after direct telephone consultation and authorization. Unapproved hotel bookings will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Onboarding Forms Completion
For your safety and to allow proper review, required onboarding forms (the Liability Waiver and the Health Intake Form) must be completed online at least 1 hour before your scheduled session.
Completing forms in advance ensures we can start your bodywork on time and fully review your health history.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Payment is settled after your session, and I do not collect pre-payment deposits. However, because I reserve this time exclusively for you, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
This allows enough time to offer the open slot to other clients on the waiting list. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a loss of booking privileges.
4. Late Arrivals & Arrival Windows
Studio Appointments: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to ensure subsequent clients are not delayed, and you will be billed for the full scheduled duration.
Mobile Sessions: To ensure we start on time, my standard practice is to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled session for setup. To protect downstream clients, session durations cannot be extended. Any late starts or delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control (such as gate/entry code issues, client delays, parking difficulties, or setup space not being ready) will not extend the session duration.
5. Mobile Session Environment & Space
For mobile (house call) sessions, please prepare a clear, quiet space of roughly 10x6 feet to allow setup and movement around the massage table, with a comfortable room temperature.
Pets & Animals: For safety, hygiene, and to prevent disruptions, all household pets must be secured in a separate room for the entire duration of the therapist's visit.
6. Guardian / Care Provider Presence
Clients requiring a legal guardian or designated care provider must have an authorized support person or guardian present on the property (nearby, though not necessarily in the treatment room) for the entire duration of the session.
