"I've been a massage therapist for 14 years and this guy knows what he's doing."
Kyle Wilhelmsen
Certified Massage Therapist · CAMTC #95871
I got into massage because I was young and in a lot of pain. Not just physical pain, but the kind that sits deep in the body and affects everything. I had no idea how much the body's holding patterns could impact overall well-being. Massage became one of the most important tools in my own recovery, and now I'm glad I get to share that with others.
I spent two years in a high-volume luxury spa, working hands-on with almost every kind of pain, tension, and stress you can think of. Then I moved into private practice where I could actually slow down and focus. Today every session is built around what needs attention. The areas that bother you, the pressure that works, and the results you came here for.

A Space Designed for You
The private studio is a quiet, residential workspace — not a spa, not a clinic, not a shared office. The environment is controlled, calm, and built from the ground up for focused massage. Heated table, premium linens, ambient lighting, and zero distractions.
Deep Tissue & Sports Recovery
Every session is built around what your body actually needs — whether that's deep tissue work to relieve stubborn knots and chronic pain, targeted pressure on a locked-up neck or low back, or sports recovery massage after training or injury. No cookie-cutter routines. I adjust technique, depth, and focus areas based on your goals and how your body is responding in the moment.

Common Questions
Where exactly is the studio?
It's near Yulupa @ Hoen in East Santa Rosa. The exact address is provided when you book — kept private to respect the quiet residential neighborhood.
What if I've never had a massage before?
You're in good hands. You and I will talk through everything before the session — what you're hoping to get out of it, any areas to focus on or avoid, and how you like your pressure. No experience needed.
What types of massage do you offer?
Every session is custom. I draw from deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, and relaxation techniques depending on what you need. You don't have to pick a style — just tell me your goals and I'll handle the rest.
Is this a spa or a shared space?
Neither. It's a dedicated private studio — no waiting rooms, no background noise, no other clients. When you're here, the entire space is yours.
Do you work with injuries or chronic pain?
Yes. I work with a wide range of conditions — from everyday tension to post-injury recovery. If you're dealing with something specific, you and I will talk through it before the session so I can tailor the approach.
Can I request specific focus areas?
Absolutely. You and I will check in before the session starts so I know exactly where to focus. Whether it's a stiff neck, low back, or full-body reset, the session is built around what you need that day.
Can I play my own music?
Of course. I have a curated ambient playlist ready to go, but if you'd rather listen to your own music, a podcast, or nothing at all — it's your session.
Is there parking?
Yes — plenty of street parking in a quiet neighborhood. No garages, no meters.
How long will I be there?
Plan for about 10 minutes beyond your session length. You and I will have a brief check-in before the session, and you're welcome to take your time getting up afterward — no one's rushing you out.
